Can't remove Anti-Spyware program

I began having problems with my ISP provided 'Freedom Internet Securities' and need to uninstall and re-install.

The probelm is that it highly recommends removing all AS programs to prevent installation issues. I have Spybot, Spyware Blaster, Microsoft AS, and Ad-
Aware SE.

I can't remove any of them through add/remove programs or get it to uninstall when going to Start, Programs, and select uninstall.

Any and all suggestions are appreciated!

I wouldn't trust my system to a single AS program. I also am not a fan of the "Suite Programs" like McAfee Internet Security Suite or Norton System Works. Your best to use something like AVG-antivirus with ZoneAlarm and 2 or 3 independent AS programs.

My ISP is comcast and they provide all kinds of McAfee junk but none of it is on my computer. Just because your ISP provides it doesn't make it good.
