Can't remove conduit

Hi everyone,

I recently had conduit get itself onto my computer, I've searched for a long time trying to find out how to get rid of it but without any luck,
doesn't seem to appear in change/remove programs
Not in my chrome extensions
scanned with AVG, ccCleaner and malwarebytes to try and find the issue but it still remains.

I've gone through the old threads about related to conduit but no luck.

What can you guys advise me on to get it off once and for good?
Are there better scanners I should be using to keep myself safe?

If this is a bootkit type of infection, TDSSKiller by Kaspersky could ferret it out.

Download, and run the .exe file. Let us know if it finds anything in the boot sector. I've been seeing ALOT of bootkits lately.

 

Just finished and nothing found, couldn't find a log either but 320 files scanned (seems low?)

 

Nope, that's not a low number for the boot sector.

At least we've eliminated that possibility...
