cant remove core.cache.dsk - tried everything PLEASE HELP!

    i have installed hijackthis on my computer and will post you my log. i tried to just go in safe mode and delete it, and it keeps coming back like all the other ones. I thought mine would be different, but i guess not. Please respond as soon as possible. Thank you.
