Cant remove malwares

Hi i recently got infected with some malware......it runs as a process names
km27g3kn.exe
it loads a page directing to http://www.garmagarmbatein.com/index_c.html?id=55153 in IE every 15 or so minutes....i tried removing it a couple of times but it keeps on comin ....
can anyone help ???

now i've another process thats running too called w2c31a37.exe

If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
