    Hi

What Windows version and Service Pack are you using?

What Software are you trying to remove?

Set Program Access Defaults is generally an area to set an application as the default used (eg. Firefox over Internet Explorer) so if you are wanting to completly remove an application/software try add/remove in control panel

If that doesnt work then try Revo Uninstaller.

Yes Revo uninstaller linked to twice now will do the job for you, but if you get any error messages on uninstall please do post them.
