Cant Remove this virus

Norton AntiVirus found it, but it can’t delete/quarantine. So it denied access to it, but every hour or so, the Norton screen comes up and tells me I have a high-risk virus on my computer and tries to delete/quar.

When I wake up in the mornings, I have to close about 15 instances of this, it’s annoying and I don’t like things on my comp unless I know what they are.

I’ve tried to delete this in safe mode but still cant. None of my programs, nor I can access that area, but Norton can scan it.

I use the following programs:
Norton 04 (up 2 date)
Avg (up 2 date)
Zone Alarm Virus Package
Spy Blaster
Spy Guard
SpyBot
Lava Soft Se

System Info:
Windows XP Service Pack 2
