    Hi,

I am running windows XP on a home computer. One of the users has the active desktop restore symbol , but when i try to restore it I get a script error message with a path related to Internet Explorer. I am asked if I still want to run scripts on the page, yes/no...seems to make no difference which I choose. nothing happens

All the other users have normal desk tops.

I've noticed no other problems on the computer except for occasional freezeups...

I'll post the file path here in another post.
    thanks for your help

Here is the message referenced in my original post:

An Error has occurred in the script on this page.

    Line: 65
    Char: 1
Error: Object doesn't support this action
    Code: 0
    URL: file:///c:/Documents%20and%20Settings/Anne/Application%20Data/Microsoft/Internet%20Explorer/Desktop.htt

do you want to continue running scripts on this page?

    yes/no
