Can't Restore!!help!!!lost Msot Items

Hi, I just created a new account on Windows XP and set it to administrator. The one i was using was called Administrator, but the new one is now called Edward. So I logged off Administraor and went on Edward. When I went to Edward most of the files on Edward from Admin. was gone. Then I logged off and wanted to go back to Admin. account(original). But I couldnt find it. I am DOOMED!! I lost lots of my valuable files. I tired restoring but all the restore points didnt work!

Someone please help me fix this problem! I'm in a hurry!

 

When you boot up and get the log on screen to chose how you want to log on, press CTRL+ALT+DEL twice. The Administrator account log on should pop up and you can enter the password to log on.

 

But my account doesn't have a password and there isn't a logon screen where it shows accounts. There is one where it says WELCOME. I'll try it.

If that doesnt work is there a way to find my old files back?

If Lev's suggestion does not work, try this.

Start > Log Off > Switch User

It will tell you what accounts are available. Account should still be available, unless it was deleted.

Log into the one labeled "Computer Administrator" if you did not create a password try hitting enter.

Think when you created a new account "Edward" limited user with limited access, so files can't be seen. Files are still there you just can't see them in that account.
