   hi please help me my pc is acting really strangely
   i cannot run any removal tool programs, my anti-virus keeps disabling itself, as does my fire wall
   
   i have been through your Malware Removal Guide
   
   and i got to downloading Malware Removal programs but cannot run them
   i cannot run my messenger to view my emails either
   
   please help me

   You need to tell us exactly what happens when you try to run them.
   
   Have you tried renaming them as the instructions suggest. Have you tried running them in safe mode? What happens if you try to run the MGTools?
   
   Unless we can get a log, we will not be able to assist you.
