Can't Run Any Swf Games By Any Player

I am using Win 8.1 Pro 64-bit (6.3, Build 9600) on laptop dell inspiron 3542 core i7 and for some reason when I try to run swf game files by any player I got nothing but this:

These are the player I tried:
1-SWF File Player
2-media player classic
3-QQ player
but I got the same result with each player and with each game.

then I installed:
1-Adobe flash player
2-Adobe shockwave player
and tried again but with no use

I tested this game on other PC with the same operating system and the same swf players and it worked fine.

 

Why the files play on one PC and not the other is difficult to say.

For my surprise I have just known of adobe flash player end of life and I don't remember uninstalling it from the laptop but it could be removed while windows updates

For the other PC, it has no internet connection for more than a year I think adobe flash player is still installed and works on it thats why the games work
