Did you try doing it in safe mode? If so and it still will not run, please just carry on with the rest of the instructions and attach what logs you can.

To retrieve the log for MWB's you would open up the program, and go to the "logs" tab...and it will be located right there

 

I would like to check the MWB's log....but what you have attached is not showing any malware ( after SAS removed the MYWeb and FunWeb items).....the slowness is the lack of Ram:

That confirms that you are clean .....if you are not having any other malware issues then it is time to do our final clean up:

Copy the bold text below to notepad. Save it as fixME.reg to your desktop. Be sure the "Save as" type is set to "all files" Once you have saved it double click it and allow it to merge with the registry.

Make sure that you tell me if you receive a success message about adding the above
to the registry. If you do not get a success message, it definitely did not work.

If you get a success message, then:

 

Adding one more stick of 256 will improve it without much cost.
