Can't save Bitdefender logs

    I am having an unexplained computer problem (maybe virus/adware related)and so I am trying to follow the exact steps of 'READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide '

    I did all of the steps and made it all the way to line 6A 'Online Virus and Trojan Scanning'

    I could not go online in safe mode but was able to complete the online Bitdefender scan in regular mode. At the end of the scan I could not see how to save the report log. I didn't see any mention of a report log or an option to export/save it, except there was a dialog box asking me if I wanted to 'submit a report to Bitdefender...no personal information would be sent'. I chose 'no don't send' and that was it, no other dialog boxes came up. What did I do wrong? The Bitdefender summary said 'no problems found'. thanks

    When the scan ends and your given the choice to Click here to view the report button and it lists what the scan had checked copy and paste that text into a text document like Notepad and save for attaching.
