Can't see my mp3 tags

since a few days i cant see the tags of my mp3 songs anymore, i cant edit the tags of album, artist, genre etc.
(only, number, song and comments)
(it's in dutch)

Info Gathering:
1.Was this a sudden occurance or a new file that replicates this issue?
2.Have you made sure your not being affected by a virus such as lovebug etc. there are some known to hit media files and change meta tags like that.
3.Is it only mp3 file types that do this , or other media such as flak or wma?

 

no a few days ago everything was normal, the other day it is like this
with other files (wav, avi, mov) i have no information at all, and i have scanned my pc with everything, and no virus was found

 

someone can help me?
