I can't find the Set Associations place in the Control Panel on Windows Vista. I didn't have a problem with this in Windows XP. Can someone tell me where to find it? Thank you.

Open Control panel and click Default Programs.
The box will display two choices: 1. Set your default programs
    2. Associate a file type or protocol with a program
