Can't Unsinstall Symantec Products (NOT Norton)

    HELP!!! Symanetec processes are chewiing up my CPU cycles on my Dell 4600 running XPSP3. I tried to unistall both Symantec Antivirus 9 and Symantec Client Firewall, but both uninstalls failed. Note this is NOT Norton Antivirus. Note I tried the option in Add/Remove Programs and the Change option which brought up a Symantec window, where I checked to Remove :(. Any ideas??? thanks!
