Completed all steps in READ & RUN ME FIRST Malware Removal Guide. Upgraded to latest Java Runtime after running MalwareBytes and before ComboFix.

All logs are attached and will attach screen shots from update errors in reply.

You appear to be doing virus removal on numerous computers. Are you running a business and using us to your benefit? We have a problem if that is the case, as it is extremely taxing on our resources to continue helping you clean other peoples computers and would rather you direct them to our forums and allow them to benefit from the learning experience.

Most people that consult me are directed to your website. But many aren't technically inclined and don't want to be bothered. As for this instance, I already figured out the fix for the update problems and was prepared to post it here:

Resolution to error code: 0x80248009

Delete The Datastore And Allow It To Rebuild Itself.

First stop the Windows Updates Service

1. Click Start.
2. Type services.msc in Start Search box, and then right-click services.msc in the Programs list.
3. Click Run as Administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type your password or click Continue.
4. Right-click the Windows Updates Service.
5. Click Stop.

After Stopping the Service please rename the folder c:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution

1. Open Windows Explorer.
2. Navigate to the Windows folder.
3. Navigate to SoftwareDistribution folder.
4. Right Click on the SoftwareDistribution folder.
5. Select Rename from the Menu.
6. Rename the folder to SoftwareDistribution.old and click Enter.

Now restart the Windows Updates Service

1. Click Start.

4. Right-click the Windows Updates Service.
5. Click Start.

I just have problems with reading the combofix and mgtools logs.

The solution above was found elsewhere and written for Windows XP. I translated it for Vista and planned to upload it here. So, this isn't a one way thing.

We really would rather not be running your business for you. Of the 30 threads you have started, 25 have been in the malware section. We will help people with their malware issues, but would rather not be fixing all of the computers that people "consult" with you about. If they can't be bothered to join and post in the forums, then I am afraid we can't be bothered either.
