Can't use IE on my PocketPC.

I am using a Dell Axim x50v PocketPC. And when I connect it to my PC, I should have not problems surfing hte internet as long as my laptop is online. However, that's not the case. I rarely use IE on my PDA unless I am in a wifi hotspot. The other day, it would not work when I was in a hotspot. After a few minutes of trying, I get Panera's Bread webpage. Does anybody know how to fix this? Is it a kind of hijacker?

 

OK, I figured out the problem. Normally, my PDA should have no problem geting internet through my pc. However, my current ISP provider is different than Juno, and it will require me setting the proxy settings manually. Good news is that it seems that nothing is wrong with my PDA.
