I have trouble viewing video clips on some sites, about 70% of the time I can view them OK but on some sites. i.e. this one, where there should be a video all I see is the white background. I run up-to-date Anti-Virus, Ad-Aware, Spybot etc with frequent scans so I don't think it is malware. I have Flash & Java and use File Hippo to keep it all current. Can you suggest a fix?

    Win XP Pro SP3
    Firefox 19.0

Is the flash plugin enabled in FF 19.0?

I'm not sure if you are aware but every time flash is updated, you need to install two versions: one for IE (even if you don't use it) and one for other browsers.

As far as java, please disable it. Two new zero day exploits were found today. This is for all versions of java 7, including the newest released on Feb. 19th.

Plodr, thanks for your reply. I've installed the I.E. version of Flash & checked that Flash is enabled in Fire-fox. I've also disabled Java, I noticed that Java had a security warning when I looked in Fire-fox Add-ons. Still can't see the video!
