Capslock ON/OFF notification

I recently installed a BT dongle to play with a ps3 controller(wireless). But when i use my capslock button to communicate(taskforce radio) in Arma3(obligated) my game goes in windowed mode everytime i push it. I searched on the net for many things but on this matter i've lost it.
It also gives a notification in the bottom right corner(look file)
No option availble to disable it in the default software for keyboard.
Things i tried:
-go in regedit to disable the notification. In the notification part i dont know wich one is the capslock ON/OFF-notifaction(look file).
Any help please

That is not the normal Windows notification, do you have a 'driver' loaded for your keyboard? Dell Quickset or Logitech software?

try..
Start> In search box type keyboard> Under Control Panel, click on Keyboard> IF your Keyboard properties has a Key settings tab> Key Settings List> Double click on Caps Lock> Display Caps Lock status on screen uncheck.
