Capturing streaming yahoo video

    Hey, is it possible to capture a streaming music video from yahoo.com. I believe the main site is http://video.music.yahoo.com. When I'm playing the video it is in Flash format and there is no way to figure out the actual source URL of the file. Can anyone help me please? Thank you very much for any help you can give me.
