Cardfiles For Dos/win98/win11?

I'm looking for some cardfile programs for the listed systems. I know one is included in Win3.1 but want it for other systems.

Thank you. I don't have the Win98SE CD but do have an ISO. Unfortunately, both the system and the ISO are at my mother's house, and she's homeless, so I won't be able to work on it for now. I do have a Win3.1 setup under DOS-Box on two systems, though.
