Carlos Ponce Folder

Ok so i moved all of my music (they were only files nothing else) and when they were done this popup came up saying test. it was just a small box and all it said was test and a button to click "ok" and everytime i clicked the x or ok it popped up again and again. its happened before and it went away after like a minute of clicking. well so i disabled my internet and put my computer to sleep once it was done moving my music and 4 hours later i turn it back on and open my 2ndary harddrive where i put all the music and randomly there is a folder called "Carlos Ponce" on the top of my music folder. and inside that there is a folder called "Ponce" that seemed to have been updated at 520. right before i put my computer to sleep. there were no files inside that and its 0 bytes big. i have hidden and system files showing. im really confused and i did a malware and avg scan on it and they came up with nothing. help please?
