Cbs Log

Hope I posted this in the right section. Can someone take a look at my CBS log and let me know what files are corrupt please?? Ive been having problems with my browser locking up when I go to save a file/image.. mostly images. I'm using Mozilla Firefox. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the browser but it still does it. I ran SFC and got the log but don't have a clue how to read it. It did say during the scan there were corrupt files but it couldn't repair them. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

The Errors in your CBS log are due to some dodgy Microsoft Telemetry updates. Unfortunately, they are not the cause of your Firefox lock ups.

To fix the CBS errors:

• Go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features.
• In the LHS pane click on 'view installed updates'
• Check whether KB3022345 and/or KB3068708 are installed.
• If they are, uninstall them and reboot the PC.

Try running Firefox in safe mode and see if you still experience the lock up when saving a file or image.
The easiest way to do this is exit all instances of Firefox. Then hold down the shift key and launch Firefox. Start in Safe Mode when prompted.

 

Just for future reference, in order to easily read the results of running sfc/ scannow you need to create a text log to your desktop as explained in the MS scfc/ scannow guide:

Running SFC and being told there are errors but Windows can't correct them is the usual situation, but the procedure set out HERE does it for you. It has been successful on every computer I've run it on.
