Ccleaner Cleverbridge Account Mishandled

Greetings

My cc account expires later this month. In the past year I have received offers for discounts
on my next purchase too regularly, more than any spam-type mail. I wrote them and said to stop the
unwanted notices. They backed off about 80%.
However they still proceeded to harangue me about paying for my next installment. So I filled out all
their forms to drop the service. Last week they withdrew 31.82 from my paypal account without my
permission after canceling service.
I attempted contacting them several times insisting on a refund which they replied to off-handedly but
have yet to refund the money they took.
I expect to contact paypal about this now [who requested I contact cc myself which I did to no avail].
Just announcing this situation for any of their customers out there.
