Ccleaner Has Been Targeted Again By Hackers.

I just thought I share this with you all as I am a long time CCleaner user.

Avast is one of the biggest publishers of Internet Security Software.
And yet, hackers will stop at nothing.
About 2 or 3 years ago the email service of a US-based law firm, currently employing more than 1,000 lawyers, was hacked.

 

I would think that most readers of the article want to understand how they can be affected by these kinds of attacks. But, I couldn't find any explanation of that in the article. I guess attackers push malware through initial download or update of the software? It sounds like nothing was pushed through this attack but maybe something through last attack?
