Ccleaner startup programas

Actually i am having a trojan (Win32/Rootkit.Agent.ODG trojan ) in my operating memory which nod32 is detecting but not removing.
So i came to this forum and doing as prescribed in http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=147935 thread
Did run cleaner in CCCleaner ,Removed Issues in registry.Now i was dealing with startup programs.

I want to know which startup files should i remove or disable using CCleaner
