CCleaner To Tune Up Registry???

Hi Guys, I'm sorry is this is a simple question. On the CCleaner program I have from my last visit and your wonderful help back then. I checked and ran the Registry cleaner and there were a lot of broken, unused, and other issues it said. When I had the chance to fix issues, I just closed it out, because I wasn't sure if this would cause problems later. I'm always trying to keep my files cleaned up, so, I'm asking if you wouldn't mind taking a look and offering some advice on this. I have attached a text file of the results.
