Ccleaner Won't Remove A Registry Entry

Please find attached a screen print of a registry entry found on a CCleaner Registry scan. I click to do whatever CCleaner does with registry entries; remove them I presume. However, every time I scan the registry with CCleaner this same entry appears. Several days ago CCleaner informed me there was an update so I updated it. I hoped after the update it would deal with the registry entry. However, it still appears.

I have also used the Registry Repair tool in Glary Utilities (also up-to-date) but that does not resolve the issue either.

What does this registry entry mean? Why is CCleaner finding it? Why can't CCleaner deal with it?

    PC: Acer Aspire A315-21 V1.12

    OS: Windows 10 Home (x64) Version 1909

    CCleaner: CCleaner version 5.77.0.8448 (32/64-bit)

Thanks, plodr, I've read your posted link and several from that. From now on I shall not be scanning my registry with either CCleaner or Glary Utilities.

Out of interest: Does the registry defrag function in Glary Utilities have any benefit?

    No.
    The registry is tiny.
