CD drive problem in Win 7

    Hi All,
    Having loaded win 7 32bit (CD worked then) now both my CD drives are playing up, when I load a CD as it tries to read up comes the BSOD and puter restarts,
    it says something about WER-68858-osystemdata.xml can anyone help.
