I'm hoping someone here can help me. I have a Dell Studio XPS Desktop 7100 running W7 Ultimate SP1. I have 2 CD/DVD drives in my computer. One is a BluRay and the other is a TSST Lightscribe. Both drives have removed themselves and I need a way to reinstall them. I have tried Micro$oft's FixIt program, to no avail. Can anyone offer a program or steps to reinstall these drives. I understand that a program I installed may have done the dirty trick, but I have a lot of installed software and no clue as to what uninstalled them.(

you may reinstall all the drivers or update your system's driver to latest version, i recommend you to use ALL Drivers DVD which is available on torrent, it includes all Type Of Drivers For 32-Bit & 64-Bit, & For XP , Seven & Vista !!!!

Someone replied that I should uninstall the drives and restart windows. I have done that several times now, to no avail.:crap
