Cd/dvd gone missing code 19

Re-installed windows yesterday everything went fine as usual and turned pc off last night, switched on this morning go to my computer and no dvd or cd writer, so go to device manager there both their, but both say "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)" whats going on ????????? all i installed was my drivers for my usb wifi dongle, divx, vlc, avg, kerio, spybot, firefox and opera.

 

Halo thank you very much, i was a little reluctant using the automatic way but thought i would give it a shot first then if not try manual, but it worked perfect thank you now i have my 4 dvd writers back cheers.
