CD/DVD rom wont read particular game?

    My cd/dvd rom is "HL-DT-ST DVDRRW GSA-H20L ATA" I bought the game "Quake Wars Enemy Territory." I put it in the drive and it doesn't do anything.All my other games work fine.I right click my rom drive and click explore,open and it tell's me to put a disc in?This is my second copy as I sent the game back and they mailed me a new one.Same problem.I tried to look for firmware but couldn't find any that matched my rom drive.Any idea's? Any help is Greatly appreciated. Thanks!
