Use Magic ISO, can't remember the link off hand but if you google it i'm sure you can find it.

Just select the files you want for your image and it'll create it into an ISO format file. You could then get hold of a cd emulator software, such as Alcohol 120% (have to pay, 30 day trial though) which can create up to about 10 virtual drives and then just mount the ISO file to one of these drives.

yah i used those but whn i actaully go to run... it asks to insert cd... so it can't detect the virtual drive cd to load the game up . i was able to install off of my vitrual drive. but it wont run the game off of the virtual drive. what do i do?

Ah you're missing some files, used to have that problem when I made backup copies of games, they'd install then ask to insert the disc. It means that you haven;t copied all files from the cd.
If you use ISO Buster when the cd is inserted, select all objects, right click and then extract all to a folder, then create the ISO from those files it should work fine!

There was no need to convert it to a .bin at all, leaving as the file it created should have been fine.
So you used iso buster to copy EVERYTHING to your hard drive, and then make an image with Magic ISO?
Then obtain a copy of Alcohol 120%, click on virtual drives on the left and then select one or two, i usually have two.

    Thank's, but I'm a guy :p

i use alcohol 120 and have 3 virtual drives. i let alcohol120 create the image and then mount it . if you open alcohol in the top left corner the is an image making wizard

No the image was just a logo  so I can't see what error message you're getting.

I don't like the utility alcohol gives for image creating, have had many corrupted images made using it in the past.
