    I have a new computer with vista. I try to play a cd or copy a cd to my harddrive and what happens is it plays maybe 30 seconds of the first song than quits. Same with copying just 30 seconds than done. THis happens on Windows media player and I tunes. Best Bus says its a software problem and wont help me even though its under warranty. Any ideas? Thanks
