celebrating my 200th post

go me! It took like 8 months or so... but i finally did it.. I love this site and cant wait until i hit my 1000th post...

 

ok i admit to doin a little more than regualar today... but none of my posts were really bs or anything...w/e sorry to offend anyone

 

If your first 200 posts were astounding contributions to the human race, we might be more impressed It doesn't matter if they wern't BS, it probably hasn't offended anyone, but it clutters up the forum with utterly useless posts. Which isn't what anyone wants. Your post count is just a byproduct of being here. It doesn't tell you how much you've really contributed to the community.

well im only 15, so im trying my best to make every post count.... except this one... i can really put a point to it...

Its not how much you post its what you post ..... Trust me, I know, i was the same way @ 200 posts ......

 

Why young'ns worry about silly things like Titles and Post Counts, I don't know.

I past 5k posts a while ago , without even noticing it, but it's taken over four years to do it. Others are double, triple, or even quadruple that. It's no big deal.

Things like post counts don't mean squat. It would be like coming up to someone and saying, "Hey! Guess what, this is the 1,000th time I've spoken to someone this month. Mind you I had to say “hello” to my Mom 500 times today to get there." A silly example, perhaps, but doing that online is just as lame, i.m.o.

Especially, the Tech. Forums. Unless you can actually contribute, stick to just reading, which you will no doubt learn more from, in any event.
