I'm making this huge creamy cappucino baked cheesecake.

Reason?? Errrrr.......didn't know I needed one....how about...to celebrate Mcadams 3000th post

 

Sounds yummy, although I've never heard or, nor tried a cappuccino baked cheesecake.

My wife makes excellent cheesecake. Here's the remains of the last one. That's my cat sticking her nose in there. She's not eating it, just wondering why it's on the floor.

 

I'm also wondering why it's on the floor, what a waste!

I can cook meals OK, but I'm hopeless with desserts and pastries. Too fiddly.

No, it's not wasted. I put it on the floor for a better camera angle. It's back on the counter now, but with one less piece. (And not the one the cat licked )

Animal slobber is a real stomach pumper for me......I couldn't do that to a poor defenseless cheesecake....

BTW, to all the people who think there aren't germs in a cats mouth, think again.

They have heaps of bacteria on their teeth and saliva.

That's why when cats bite each other fighting it gets severely infected.
