   I was told that I may be able to find a certified ethical hacker here as i believe that i have someone on my network. I have an idea who it may be but need proof before i bring this to their supervisor.

   If you think you have malware problems, then you need to do all of what Halo gave you last time you were here but you never responded. I refer to this:
   
   Remote access to gmail account detection
   
   
   If someone doing illegal stuff on your PC, it does not necessarily mean you have malware. Do you have ALL accounts on the PC password protected? Have they all been changed since the point where you suspected suspicious activity?
