cfgbken.dll HELP!!!!

    Hey guys.... I'm really stuck here. I've tried everything. I've even tried the vundofix.exe application but perhaps I'm doing it incorrectly? I'm saving the "hijackthis" log in notepad, copying the "cfgbken.dll" line which reads:

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {571DEA41-9F98-4818-98D9-B3641E9927E9} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\cfgbken.dll

    into a separate notepad which I save on the desktop and then dragging that notepad with the line you see above into the vundofix "add more files" area. Nothing happens. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance. I really need to know more about computers!!!!

    Notes:

    1. If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can run the steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:
    2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.

    Thanks guys, but nothing works so I just reformated.... got it out that way! Man, cfgbken is BAD!!!
