Today I decided to play around with the appearance of my main account on my computer. I'm fairly sure it was set to windows classic, but after the "loading please wait" window instead of switching to classic, most everything turned black. all backgrounds, borders, text etc. This makes it very very hard to navigate anything. One thing I'm concerened about is, I found an image of the display properties window the same size as the actual window and used that to find my way and try to switch things back. It acted like it was changing the display with the "loading please wait" window, but nothing changed.

Everything is ok on my guest and administrator account. I was wondering if it was possble to do a complete reset of my display properties from one of these accounts.

If thats not possible does anyone have any ideas of what to try? A friend suggested I just move everything from my account to a new one, but that would take a lot of time, and it be difficult with reinstalling all my apps that are currently only on my account.
