Changing Download Target From C: To Something Else

I used the Easy Youtube Video Downloader to downloaded a video from youtube. It always downloads to the default C:\Users/ME/AppData\Roaming/Microsoft/Windows/Recent. Other downloaders let one change the download target to something other than that Windows default but I think that is something embedded in the download app itself.

Is there any way that one can change the Win 10 download target to a different location?

There is no Windows download folder target, that is set in your browser. If you are using Firefox read this -

Actually there are several Downloads folders, one being in C:\Users\[other text here]\Documents.

In Windows 7 C:\Users\Default\Documents
Downloads and Documents are separate folders

C:\Users\Public\Public Documents then there is a folder called Public Downloads which again is separate from Public Documents.

C:\Users\my username on the computer I'm using\My Documents
Downloads again is not part of My Documents, it is separate.
