Chaslang can u glance at this?

    I have a friend that is intermittently having a problem with Firefox. Sometimes when he closes it the computer reboots and all his favorites are wiped out. He has no popups or any other problems. Can u look at his HJT file. if you feel there is a malware problem I will have him run thru the steps before asking for more assistance. If it's clean we will try something else. THX

    There is no apparent malware in that improperly formatted HJT log. But as we always tell everyone, that does not mean a PC is free from malware. It just means, HJT is not showing any.
