   I have been investigating msmsgs.exe (which keeps appearing on my taskmgr in XP home)and cannot get a firm answer. Some say it is MSN messenger and others say it is Windows messenger. Do you know which it is? Also, if it is Windows messenger....what does it do and can I safely disable it?
