Chaslang!!!

    Now that you are back I have a few questions for you. First of all, how do i ask you a question without starting a thread? And second of all, I was helping someone with an HSA problem. They seem to have the most updated version of hijack this.... and to make sure, I asked them to redownload it. They did so, but they still dont seem to have any entries under the O23's, is that alright?

    If they do not have O23s, they are using a Win9x (Win95, Win98, or WinMe) OS.

    You normally can just post here unless it is a very specific question for me only. The use a PM. I have not turned them off (at least not yet ;) ).

    Thats what i was thinking, but this it what the hijack this log says

    Then it would appear they have no services running at all. Highly unlikely. Do they have a virus scanner app installed? If so, even it would have a service. I hope they did not run HJT and have it fixed everything it showed. That could be bad unless they have the backup files.

    Nope, she only did the things that it said to do in the fix you provided, also we must have screwed something up anyways cause it didnt even work.... so no harm no foul.
