cheap applications

    hi. could someone tell me what the CHEAPEST driver update application-thats out there. like driver detective,etc. but not that one-for some reason it will not work in my computer. the 2nd-the CHEAPEST double file finder, i have one that didnt cost, but doesnt do enough. and i cant get rid of these double triple files. especially pictures, music. its appreciated!! thank you gemini53

    To be perfectly honest NONE of them are worth anything even if free, as many drivers especially from OEM companies like Dell, HP, Gateway etc are custom drivers and the all in one scanners cannot find the correct ones, they give a generic one that may not work, which is why our driver forum is busy reciently with audio issues as these apps cannot find the correct audio driver.

    As for double or tripple files, this is not likely the work of a driver dective app, but a drive cleaner and CCLeaner and Auslogic Duplicate Finder are applications that are free and do those jobs.
