    Here are my logs after the read and run instructions

    Super anti spyware runs but gets stuck on a file

    windows/winsxs.........system.workflow.runtime.dll

    It was stuck for 20 hours, so I figured it wouldn't move on, so I had to 'end process' on it.

    Its Vista 64 home premium, so I can't run the other programs

    Let me know I am missing any logs.

    Thank you!

    Let's do this and see how your system is.

    Now download The Avenger by Swandog469, and save it to your Desktop.

    * Extract+ avenger.exe from the Zip file and save it to your desktop

    Please disable all anti-virus and anti-spyware programs while we do the following (re-enable when you are finished):

    Run C:\MGtools\analyse.exe by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator). This is really HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:
    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.

    Now Copy the bold text below to notepad. Save it as fixME.reg to your desktop. Be sure the "Save as" type is set to "all files" Once you have saved it double click it and allow it to merge with the registry.
    Make sure that you tell me if you receive a success message about adding the above
    to the registry. If you do not get a success message, it definitely did not work.

    Now:
    * Run avenger.exe by double-clicking on it.
    * -Do not change any check box options!!
    * Copy everything in the Quote box below, and paste it into the Input script here: part of the window:

    * Now click the Execute button.
    * Click Yes to the prompt to confirm you want to execute.
    * Click Yes to the Reboot now? question that will appear when Avenger finishes running.
    * Your PC should reboot, if not, reboot it yourself.
    * A log file from Avenger will be produced at C:\avenger.txt and it will popup for you to view when you login after reboot.

    If you can not run Avenger, then:
    Continue by downloading a tool we will need - Pocket KillBox

    Now run Pocket Killbox by doubleclicking on killbox.exe
    Choose Tools > Delete Temp Files and click Delete Selected Temp Files.
    Then after it deletes the files click the Exit (Save Settings) button.
    NOTE: Pocket Killbox will only list the added files it is able to find on the system. So when you do the below, if some files do not show in the list after pasting them in, just continue.

    Select:

    * Delete on Reboot
    * then Click on the All Files button.*(or on the folders option)*
    * Please copy the file paths below to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them and pressing CTRL + C (or, after highlighting, right-click and choose copy):
    C:\Windows\TEMP\JET166C.tmp
    C:\Windows\TEMP\JET8313.tmp
    C:\Windows\TEMP\UDD6BAD.tmp
    C:\Users\Dan\AppData\Local\Temp\20006535.od
    C:\Users\Dan\AppData\Local\Temp\CVR4687.tmp.cvr
    C:\Users\Dan\AppData\Local\Temp\i4jdel0.exe
    C:\Users\Dan\AppData\Local\Temp\uttA266.tmp
    C:\Users\Dan\AppData\Local\Temp\uttA266.tmp.bat

    * Return to Killbox, go to the File menu, and choose Paste from Clipboard.
    * Click the red-and-white Delete File button. Click Yes at the Delete on Reboot prompt.

    If you receive a PendingFileRenameOperations prompt, just click OK to continue (But please let me know if you receive this message!).

    If Killbox does not reboot just reboot your PC yourself.

    Now run Ccleaner to clean out only temp files and nothing else!

    Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator).

    Then attach the below logs:

    * C:\Avenger.txt
    * C:\MGlogs.zip

    Make sure you tell me how things are working now!

    Ok, I followed all of your instructions to the letter and it seemed to work great. Only problem is I could find either of the logs.

    I ran the getlohg.bat, but no new files showed up. I can't find the avenger file either. I looked in the directories where they should be, but didn't see them.

    I haven't gotten a redirect since I ran Malwarebytes, but I wonder if my machine is actually clean.

    What do you think? let me know if you need more info.

    Thanks

    When you ran the getlogs.bat, it over wrote the old log. And they should be exactly where I said they are:
    * C:\Avenger.txt
    * C:\MGlogs.zip
