   I have just removed a B.tmp/MEMSWEEP2 etc virus/trojan from my computer with ComboFix.

   MEMSWEEP2 and the tmp file you mention are not malware. They are from running Sophos AntiRootkit.
   
   If you want to check your PC for malware your need to run the below. We do not accept HijackThis logs because they are totally inadequate by themselves. See the sticky threads.
