    So... in the video I explain that if you installed a program and it failed this program will clean up what was left behind. Apparently its AN EPIC FAIL IF YOU DOWNLOAD A PROGRAM TO REPAIR SOMETHING THAT THIS DOES NOT REPAIR.

    Seriously, it's a VIDEO that tells you what it does and how it works, so we get this:

    I just listened and it definitely clearly states what it's for and that it's not going to fix anything.

    I'm thinking the idiot didn't even bother listening to your vid and just clicked download (which as we know that's what people love to do....click click click. rolleyes)

    I despair at times and feel the internet is not for me these days as its full of <insert your own word>

    At times I dont know how plainly you can describe a fix or issue to be only told its not right, that's ok if the other user actually knows the right answer and if they did they wouldn't be asking for help.... (homer DUH moment) :)

    I understand it to say that if a programme is installed using Windows Installer and it fails to install properly it will leave behind entries which cannot be uninstalled. So using the programme (being instructed upon) you will be able to run it and remove the entries which you will otherwise have been unable to do. Simple really!
