I ran and followed the 4 steps. i had adware.navhelper removed. And is ares free from spyware? here is my log file.

 

Personally, I belive all P2P programs contain spyware/viruses. Whether or not you get it is up to you and what you download. I wouldnt have anything P2P on my computer, PERIOD! But thats me

When attaching HJT logs, ALWAYS attach them as a .txt or .log because they are smaller and take up less space. I refuse to look at a HJT log in a word document format. Also, never attach any log without someone requesting it.

Now, attach a fresh HJT log from normal mode. Be sure you attach it as a .log or .txt attachment.
