Check your links MG!

    Seems more and more frequent these days that some of the "Way Off Base" news links are requiring login information to access, thus they don't work for us. :rolleyes:

    You could always use the report a broken link button, or email an admin directly rather than kicking up a fuss in the forums....

    Of all todays links, 1 to Chicago Times does require login, removing it. If you dont tell me, it does happen, so let us know when there is a problem. We are just 2 human beings here trying to serve :)

    Past week, out of 52 links I found 2 that required registration. Chicago Times and LosAngeles times, 2 of the largest newspapers in the country with many free registered users, like the NY Times. That seems pretty reasonable to me considering who these sites are, but i will try and lessen it some :)

    I think that it is pretty amazing that T/Jim still find time to load the links, much less check each out one to see if login required. Sure it is occasionally annoying that some require login but all in all ........ Bazza

    If you click on a link, and requires you to register/log in, and you don't fell like messing with it.....then don't....go on to the next link!!!!;) :rolleyes:
