Checking for problems

My web hosting got hacked recently and my web host thinks that it may be one of the computers I use to access my web hosting. This is one of them that I use.

I ran all the checks but I did make one mistake (I came so close to making so many - lol, figured I was better at following directions than that).

When I ran the HitmanPro it said something about finding 2 things and wanting to fix them. I remembered reading something about it saying if it wanted to check more stuff to let it, and clicked ok and then realized it was deleting them not investigating it. Sooo I rebooted a few times, ran HitmanPro a few times, and kept coming up with the same results (which I'm attaching here). It doesn't seem to have had any negative effects but then my computer was running to begin with, just that my host thinks one of them might be infected.

Oh also when I ran the RogueKiller one it did find stuff, but I managed to stop myself from accidentally deleting those!

Excellent news! Guess this computer is fine and I'll start checking the other 2.

Should I be ok to run that RogueKiller app and let it remove those couple of things it found or just leave them alone?
